REV can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are known throughout Western Canada for the speed of our emergency response times. A senior technician is always on call and members of REV’s ownership group and senior management team are also just a phone call away. Because of REV’s unique business array and the size of its field services team, the expertise available in the company’s emergency response base is the industry’s most extensive. Problems are resolved swiftly. REV’s inventory of surplus equipment means that most emergencies can be alleviated within 24 hours.

Critical situations can include:

  • Equipment malfunction
  • High voltage termination failure
